Coaching is primarily delivered virtually, allowing sessions to happen from home gyms, hotel rooms, or wherever life happens to be that week.
Virtual sessions are live, private, and coached in real time — not recorded programs or generic plans. You are seen, adjusted, and guided every session.
For clients who prefer or require it, limited in-studio sessions and mobile in-home training are available by request.
The experience remains the same across all formats: discreet, consistent, and deeply personalized.
